Technical Information

Dosmatic has over twenty years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing of water-driven injectors. Dosmatic provides cost effective solutions for the Industrial, Horticultural and Animal Health markets. Chemicals, soaps, waxes, polymers, cutting fluids, sanitizers, degreasers, fertilizers, pesticides, disinfectants and other water-soluble products can be easily injected with precise and accurate dispensing.

Dosmatic manufactures injectors with flow rates ranging from 0.11 l/min (0.03 gpm) to 758 l/min (200 gpm), with feed ratios from 0.025% (1:4000) to 10% (1:10).

Operating pressures and inlet and outlet connections vary depending on the particular model.

All the Dosmatic injectors are resistant to a wide range of chemicals. A Super Corrosive Transfer Kit is available to easily retrofit existing Advantage A20, A30 and A40 units. The SCT Kit permits more aggressive/corrosive chemicals such as iodine, chlorine, hydrogen peroxide and more, to be injected for water treatment.
