Frost Protection

Coolfog systems pressurize water through nozzles designed to produce water droplet particles known as fog, that will evaporate into the atmosphere within seconds. By fogging in orchards and vineyards at night, the fog traps the heat and prevents it escaping to the atmosphere. This in turn allows the microscopic fog particles to freeze onto the crops and protect them from sub-zero temperatures.

Aquafog Fans force water through passageways in the fan blades which then atomize into the atmosphere whilst exiting through these fan blades.  This unique atomisation process combined with the fans forced circulation, ensures the Aquafog Fans provide high quality fog and uniform fog distribution.  Aquafog units can be used to create enough fog to prevent freezing of plants and crops.
